The Royal Select Minorities, who are in charge to select the best man to be in charge of New Spartha's goverment has designated Terry Alvarado to be our New King.
In his first speech, while recieving NS crown, he stated:
"In this new era, we are ready to become the nation every sparthan has dreamed. We can proudly tell all our citizens refugied all over the world that home is ready to recieve you, our economy has been reactivated, the reconstruction is almost finished and the future looks bright for us.... welcome home Sparthans.!
We apologize for our former goverment behaviour and ask ANB to let us back to their lovely region...let's start over!!!"

Has nothing to do with power levels, and everything to do with ettiquite, class, and tact - none of which were observed. Power levels do not matter. Conduct does. I'd have expected similar response had he been hounding a day old nation.
That being said, good luck, and I hope you can 'play nicely' now (even if you are against folks - hey, no conflict is boring).

If you don't like dirty polluting powerstations then our offer is not too good as any oil powerstation will produce large amounts of CO2 and other gases.
However, our multinational companies will establish a network of oil depots and petrol stations to enable your people to drive their cars. We start in the main cities and then extend it into the countryside. We will train locals to setup a distribution network for oil and petroleum products to industry and related businesses.
