1. If you don't like the way he/she started it off, keep that to yourself. A lot of RPs are started, a lot of great RPs too, without a real concept for the actual RP.
2. Some advice: Put a limit on people who can enter, so it doesn't jump pages and get crowded, and decide on a topic quickly to avoid pages of useless writing beforehand and flaming.
