The Foxxinnian UN Minister (Jacob White) was reportedly daydreaming during the UN Security Council Meeting today. He was occasionaly seen whispering into the ear of the Burning Hitian Minister and barely stopping themselfs from laughing. Most of the time he was staring off in space thinking of "who knows what." He was also seen picking up the mini Foxxinnian flag resting next to his small name plate and feeling the fabric and waving it around in front of him and giggling.
"It looked like he was the only one having fun during that meeting," said Aikonian Minister Shelia Brofmodad, "He kept smiling and giggling having a good time not like the rest of us." The Zqedian minister was heard saying, "I thought this was a place of business. Not a place of goofing off."
