A new law in Galdania has been passed, making it illegal for anyone to portray religious figures without a permit. Permits are obtained for free from Government Offices, and must be presented if asked to by police or the military.
This law is meant to crack down on the number of men claiming to be messiahs of various religions, and give police the ability to arrest them.

In fact, the law was passed after the Christian community expressed outrage that the government would let people oam the streets, claiming to be their leader or some such thing like that, swearing and 'damning' people to 'hell'.
