For the children of Zefyrz, it was their first Halloween. In an attempt to make Zefyrz more like the west, the government introduced Halloween. Children would go around in constumes, asking for treats from neighbors.
However, on October 30th, something happened that would put something horrible in motion. President General Eugene Kronprinz sent troops to raid a rebel stronghold. The leader of the rebellion, Franics Quik, was killed, along with 96 other rebels.
The next day, before news of the attack had been released to the public, children all around the nation were walking the streets, knocking on doors for candy. However, someone didn't want Zefyrz's first Halloween to be a joyous occassion.
Over 2,500 children in the area surrounding the capital of Zeppel City have fallen ill with vommiting, high fevers, foaming at the mouth, seizures, and organ failure.

'They have targeted our children! They must be stopped! The government knew they were going to attack, and yet they still let the children go out on death marches! I propose that we bring in a new government, one capable of dealing with the rebels and defending the people!'
