The Order of The Dove has been started by myself and Jezland with the intention of it becoming an elite peacekeeping council. Our aim is simple: to help keep and bring peace to the regions of NationStates.

We are merely a council therefore I don't see how tech levels are important - we are modern

As some people may well know this is not my first group and I have found that setting up a region for such a group is not always the best way forward. However instead of a region we have forums where each meeting of The Order will take place

We have no intention of 'stepping on anybodys toes'. If they have an objection to us they can contact me.

OOC: NATO is well-established. You are not. Therefore they will most likely not know of your exsistance. You should contact them, since you know of them, but not them of you.
I see no reason to contact them to tell them of our existence except politeness. Who should I contact?
