can neone tell me wat do i click on to become a delegate. i got endorsements fro mother countries in region. wot do i do now?

Well, generally, literate people have a firm grasp of basic spelling and punctuation. So, yes, you are illiterate, as far as I'm concerned (honors English classes since Freshman year of highschool, currently I'm a junior in a senior honors class).

Well I am sorry for actually using the Englsih language to some higher degree. Yes, the odd spelling mistake can be driven off with a shrug, it happens. Yet when you have trouble reading something when it has no ful stops or capital letters and it is just one massive sentance which you have trouble keeping it together because of the lack of grammer it can get annoying when you see it in every single post
