Well, I am trying to make the region of England into just a UN member zone and being the most powerful region in terms of decisons. Just check England out!

sounds like a good idea to me really I don't know about any regions that only have UN members in it, I'm not a UN member I don't believe in it but all the same imagine the clout if a region had such a select few it might make regions die less to if others concentrate on their UN nation.
