Factors considered are:
1) Activity
2) Number of members
3) Purpose
4) World factbook entry
All of this data will be compressed into a mark out of 10, and then can be used for whatever purpose you wish! Some have used it in recruitment letters - and It'd be a good thing to have in your world factbook entry....
Mark scheme:
1-2 Poor
3-4 Fair
5-6 Good
7-8 excellent!
9-10 Top!
(Please note most marks are given as decimals... such as 3.1, or 4.2)
All you need to do is telegram me with your regions name (mandatory) and a couple of words about what you think about it (optional)

Do not disturb has a twinkle rating of 5.1 - nice wf entry, nice idea, too bad about the lack of members...
I will make up my decision to join a region based on yor ratings. I cordially invite you to advise away.

So far 10 regions have been rated - Heres what they scored...
1) Networkradio - 8.1
2) CGs place - 8
3) Blisstonia - 7
6) Holy alliance - 6.3
4) Virtual world - 5.3
5) A region - 5.1
6) Isle of solitude - 3.5
7) Coalition Against Safetyjames - 3.2
8) WOW 3
9) The holy alliance - 0.4
10) REALMS OF REJECTION - 0.3
NetWorkRadio is currently top because though they don't have many people, they are extremely well known and have a good purpose... They are also really friendly... (No they are not paying me... :P ) CGs place was 2nd because I feel it has a really good atmosphere...
The rest speak for themselves...
