After New York and New Jersey decided to burn the Koran, several worldwide known and prominent Shia and Sunni clerics throughout Iraq and Syria have called for jihad against NYNJ for their blatant disregard of the holy symbol of all Muslims.

The government of Al Anbar has stood by the requests for Jihad and has ordered all NYNJ civilians out of the country, seized all assests of NYNJ in the country, and closed its borders to any other NYNJians.

The actions of New York and New Jersey reported recently have little bearing on the Islamic community of Western Asia. As previously, we have found a peaceful and a prosperous existence in this country.

I must condemn the acts and, allah willing, these are only reports. The threats of the imperialist Saddam are threats not only to Western Asia, but to all of Western Asia's citizens. It is because of this threat that I have declared a Fatwa condemning the warmongering of Al Anbar and declaring that Saddam is ill-fit to rule. We can only hope that the people of Al Anbar, the moslems of Al Anbar find their way and reject his teachings of hate.
