Ever since those crazy soviet guys came over from "the region of fart" or something my delegatcy went down the drain. I know this may sound mean but I was the first UN delegate for my region and I was there since it was insepted nearly. I was second to get in. So I want to be the delegate again. I don't know what you could do though.
