Clanicka decides that it's godmoding days are over, so the Council of Seventeen and the other three nations' ruiling bodies have decided that the four nations of Swirrhirr, Clanicka, Jhera Noctus, and Javvir are to never enter war with another nation unless attacked first. Also, we will never join sides with any nation unless good reason shows us we should.
