Greetings Comrades!

After years of fighting in the remains of the soviet empire the People's Republic of Noviykrazniystan has been founded. Chairman Fidel Nico Zog, now Premier Zog, led the final Red March across the motherland to victory. He united the proletariat under his leadership, and under the red banner to found the glorious People's Republic of Novikrazniystan (NKS).

The young Government is pragmatic, and progressive, recoqnising that it must stick to both its principles, but also provide for all its population, and not let them unduely suffer in leading them into a bright communist future.

We welcome trade, and diplomatic links with all nations, and look forward to developing stronger links with both like minded states, and other progressive nations.

Galdania, as a fellow member of the UGS, will provide the equivilant of 40 billion stroats in aid to NKS, and is ready to protect it against imperialist threats.

NKS, as a member of The Union of Galdanian States, is entitled to protection and aid from Galdania.

The UGS is willing to set up bases in NKS, and is prepared to send 150,000 Galdanian soldiers into the nation as permanent defensive guards of NKS.

We the people of NKS more than welcome such an offer from our gratious neighbours.

However we must find a means of compensating your state for such great support, if not now, in the near future.

Thankyou for your concerns, we will bear it in mind, and seek advice if nescessary. However this said we do not believe a socialist state to have the same selfish, and imperialistic desires as that of a capitalist state, and therefore as it stands see no threat from their aid.

Galdanian will protect the people of Noviykrazniystan, both from foreign powers and from any corruption that might ever surface. We will allow no one to rule but the Proles.

Cash equiviancy means nothing. In England you would live like a surf on that amount, in the Northeast you would have a hard time. In the American South you could afford to own your own home. Although I beleive you have not turned your people in surfs, you just call them that...

If you live in paradise, you must help keep it alive...those whose bodies or minds make them unable to work may stay, but those whose hearts are weak must take themselves elsewhere. If they do not share our ideals, they may not share our paradise.

How will you know a greedy person? Greed can drive humans to their ultimate extreme. To accomplish their goal, a greedy person can seem very sincere, and not greedy...

What one of you mammals is not filled with greed. You prattle on as though humans were somehow capable of being all saints. Foolish creature, greed is written into you...it is a dark side of your existance...the very reason your civilizations were ever born...you shoot those who have greed in their hearts...you rule over a land of saints that can never hurt a fly, or the dead.
