After its second session in the current fiscal year, the Imitoran Senate has released its usuall report to all governments who wish to accept it, as well as the original copy of the form and a carbon coby for record purposes. Each form is signed by all 50 members of the Imitoran Senate, as well as President Elizabeth Waitkus.
Bill Number 5567-MA: Outlaws the use of Soma for personel or medicinal means, and officially places Soma on the banned substance list along with Marijuana, Heroin, Cocaine, Ecstasy, and IHD unnaproved OTC substances. As of the moment of passing of this bill, all persons found with Soma will be arrested under Federal Law for substance use violations, and will be punished between fifteen years to life imprisonment, trial not pending.

Bill Number 6548-UD: Approves the SPARTAN III project. The project plans to select at random children between the ages of zero and four to participate in the genetic altering and modification of their gene structures in order to achieve physicall perfection, and train all recruits in the newest tacticall engagement specialties. The project will create a cadre of 'super soldiers' in order to increase military efficency at a more covert level. Bill Number 6548-UD also approves a AC$4.2 million grant towards the final developing stages of the MJOLNIR ModBase III armor
