"As you already know, we regret their government's stance on the Soma issue, but we gave it our best try (we even sent the Premier!) and so we will not discuss it further."

"We are frightened and shocked that the government could possibly approve 6548-UD, as we see this as a violation of human rights with respect to these "random" children and as an unnecessary use of genetic engineering that gives the word such a terrible name."

"We are also quite alarmed by the heavy increase in your military budget... 12% as it is can be quite high but an additional 10% of the total budget spent on armed forces expenditures should alarm all nations everywhere! We note that the Presidential approval is pending, and we should urge the President to do whatever is in the country's best interests, although we would personally recommend the rejection of the proposal."

"The only thing we can praise these people for is the rejection of the last bill... may it never pass!"

The concerns of the Esamponian's are duley noted, and file away in a 'Complaint Section' which, since the anhiliation of Deazeman, has suddenly been in good use. A response was issued by the forigen affais seceratery to the Esamponian government, and reads as follows:

On the first point, we feel it is in the best intrest of the Imitoran people to outlaw said drug, and agree that no more shall be said on the matter. On the second point, we understand your concerns, and would like to make clear that random is decided by the push of a button by a monkey. Really it is. A monkey (an ape to be more exact) has been trained to push a button at random intervals. On this list are the names of every male and femal child between the ages of zero (prebirth) and four. Whenever the ape presses the button, the child is selected. On the fourth point we feel that with current projects, the military budget is far to inadaquite, and more funding is required. However, your message will be relayed to the president. Respectfully

Imitora Department of Forigen Affairs.

Our president would also like to add she is rathe distraught at you not calling her, and wants to know if it is somethign she said.

RE: Senate Update

It is great to see our ally and friend do so well, we personally are impressed and inspired to do as well for ourselves as you have done and continue to do.
As for the responses to the bills; the decision of the senate on bill 5567-MA was the correct one and the CLF supports you in the continuing struggle against banned narcotics. The decision on bill 6548-UD however bothers us greatly. The random selection elinates a giant amount of inalienable human rights. The government has no place in making a concrete decision on the furture of thier people specificly. And your attempt at justification for the random selection by using an ape in no way justifies it. There shouldn't be a random selection process, if you even want to make the 'perfect soldier' make it voluntary! In Contrast, the ModBase III armor is quite impressive. The remaining bills are fully supported by the CLF.

To the Imitorans,

Greetings, I Edmund and Mellissa both are happy here in Sanctus, though I personally dont understand the banning of narcotics in your country. Here we have total freedom to do as we wish in regards to Narcotics, and there are no riots, no out of control individuals,....well, not that often. Plus the Economic boost, when you create a privatised sector, is simply amazing. I have no business telling your nation how to run things, but as we are tied through my marriage, I simply wanted to give you food for thought.
