(Music starts to play......In the lower right of your screen a little catgirl appears & begins to dance, her long blonde hair sways back & forth in time to the beat of the music. Her ears twitch as she listens to the music, her tail slowly swishes back & forth in counter-point to her hair. After a while the music finishes and the catgirl disappears..leaving a little card for you.)
Um no.......3 reasons why not No explaination of what your is about. No incentives to move to your region. Because I don't feel like moving at this very moment.

Bah! The DNRC is not interested in moving, as we are currently surrounded by nations that are unkowingly providing us with new members. To move to your region would be self-defeating to us and our cause.
