Coastal Mediteranean land wanted (will pay)

Ell is looking to permanently acquire (not lease) a small block of coastal land in the Mediteranean Sea, around 400 square kilometres of fairly flat land with a coast, for the purposes of constructing a trading colony/entrepot.

Ocean transport rights are also a must. Please post here with expressions of interest.
