We seek production rights, plans, and licenses for the Soviet T-80UD tanks and T-80UM2 (aka Black Eagle) tanks, since we lack the ability of develop it and manufacture it with a license.

Aside from that, we also seek production rights/plans/licenses for BMP-3, and the Merkava Mk. 4.
