Nuclear Reactor
I soon plan to open bids for a refinement/enrichment facility for uranium in my nation (and eventully a nuclear reactor). The facilities would be used for the purpose of providing energy to the people. Does anyone think there would be any objections to that on the Int'l Incidents forum?

Why do you care? it's your bloody facility.
Its my facility but people some nations tend to get nuke-happy when they see a nation with a population barely over 25mil even mentioning uranium

It would be our suggestion that you dispense with attempting to build an enrichment center and allow us to construct a nuclear fission reactor to your nation, and sell you the fuel
A) We already have the capital expenditure and it is much easier with our breeder reactors.
B) Your nation can not be accused of having nuclear weapons since it is unlikely that you would be able to acess weapons grade material
C) We have utilized new designs to provide much safer containment at these facilites.
D) We have years of expertise on the disposal of nuclear waste.
We can offer a contract such that the facility is contracted to your nation, or as a seperate buissness that sells power to utilities in your nation.
OOC: Someone is going to go nOObie stomping if you try it. And unless you want nuclear arms a fair offer with a non-warmonger would avoid that problem.
