This is a small collection of laws and changes that have been made in the Holy Empire recently, things that aren't worthy of their own seperate threads and such, read and enjoy.

Object #1: All ships of the Kechan Armada Royale(Space Navy) shall be painted a combination of Ocean Blue, Pearl White, and Platinum Silver, the primary color being Pearl White, this is being done because the High Command believe visual camoflauge is worthless in Outer Space, and has decided that if they can't hide, the ships may as well look stunning.

Object #2: The Powered Armor Suits of the Kechan Island National Guard shall be painted Onyx Black excepting combat situations where visual camoflauge is required.

Object #3: Due to a Minister who shall remain nameless pestering the Empress, it is now illegal to mollest Butterflies in the Holy Empire of Kecha, when asked why she passed this law, the Empress simply shook her head sadly.

Object #4: Producing, or selling the drug known as Soma is now officially a Corporal Crime in the Holy Empire of Kecha, and shall be dealt with as such.

ooc:- In referance to object #1 wise move....now you can embarrass other nation's space navies by showing how drab & dull they are. This is accually worthwhile point to bring up in diplomatic RP's, say along the lines "My (insert color scheme) destroyer carring Ambassador (somebody) docks with your slate grey ship." This will improve your nations moral as your citizens will take pride in their Navy.
