Design
We have been drawing up some sketches, and have run some simulations. After some time, we concluded that this model:

might be the best design to suit what you are looking for. However, we could of course be wrong. We have transmitted the data on required materials and funding, because we can imagine you might want to keep that confidential.
Weapons and armor
As for weaponry, we think we can manage the following:
- A ring of 14 Heavy Kinetic Guns, mounted on the outer ring of the station
- A second ring of 26 Tier7 Guana Energy Turrets, also mounted on the outer ring of the station
- An array of 48 Light Ion Turrets, mounted on the globe shaped section
Heavy Kinetic guns are used primarily against capital ships, while Ion turrets are designed to counter strike craft attacks. Tier7 turrets are average energy weapons, suited to engage almost anything.
Armor will most likely be constructed of thick ferro fibrous armor layers and titanium alloys, combined with plastanium windows. This will give the station the ability to take quite a punch, but it does not come cheap.
Construction
As for construction, we need to secure a transporting route from our own assets to the construction site. That route needs to be secured by patrols, and we suggest your forces fulfill that task. We will deploy a mining expedition of three Mobile Refineries and fifteen Resource Collectors to gather and transport the needed resources.
As for labor, we will be employing an approximate workforce of 2900 direct labor workers, and another 5600 indirect labor workers.
