The Allied States of Pertha have not been able to find any accurate rules of war, or even strick guidelines that would allow us to wage war in an effective manner. So unless we have missed something...
We propose that with the help of the moderators and administration, that we create the Rules of War. This would only be to determine the power of armed forces taking into consideration economy, tax rates, population, and any mandatory military service. Then we could effectivly produce armed forces and wage a proper, effective war...
Meh, I'm really just bored and want to easily figure out how large Pertha's armed forces are for reasons of defense... :cry:
