We, Independant Pluto, are rather short on money, due to the recent expansion of our fleet, the purchasing, construction, and installation of FTL engines, and several other projects. To lower maintainance ond installation costs, we are auctioning off several of our non-military craft.

I don't have ubertech, if that's what you mean. I'm not that fururetechy, no gravtech or phasers. I don't think that it would be godmoddy to buy one or two (or a BUNCH) of these for interplanetary trade.
