Private enterprise is illegal here, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Gambling.
So we were quite suprised when THIS came up at our parliament-

Needless to say, she was arrested and found guilty. She is now contemplating her big mouth in the New Rhine Correctional Facility.
