OOC: Allright you two calm down. This nation is not to young to have developed the plans for these devices. A little corporate espionage goes a long way when added to good science. Now if they are mass producing them....That is another issue. But if they are making them one at a time for purchasers I can see no problem with it.
IC: The People's republic of Celeborne would be happy to assist you by purchaseing the plans for these Mechs. We will produce them for our own purposes and they will not be sold. What say you ?

The only nation that has plans of these types to be stolen is mine, and in my current state I don't think much is passing through our borders.

OOC: Not really, all sorts of nations are probably working on plans like these, hell if you want a nation to steal these from, just say you took them from mine. Not like they're in the state to be doing anything about it right now ;)

OOC Indeed I can well imagine they produce these on an order basis simply to raise the cash to make some for themselves, after all a Technologically advanced but poor nation might well indeed have to do that sell a lot to make a few for themselves. ((Remember that not all the sale is profit, but I'd say on a one to one basis if he sold say Ten copies of a Model he could claim to have gained enough income to make one for himself.))
