A new region, The Allied Hellenic States, is now looking for member nations. This region is designed as the info page says, as a refuge, abode of scholars - especially classicists, but all other types are welcome.

The Government of Elheim admits: the "Allied" part of "The Allied Hellenic States" is just in the name to look good. Basically, this region was created as a place where the more scholarly could hang out and hang together, where we who take pride in learning the old things could show our allegiance to such learning, etc.

Therefore, the purpose of the region could be said to be to represent the accumulated wisdom and study of the ages to the world.
