"The Empire of The Eternal Dawn, after due consideration, has decided that it's current state of relations with the Triumvirate of Yut have become untenable to all involved.
"Therefore, with that in mind, and to save the Triumvirate some embarrasment in being associated with a state on the brink of a war that worldwide opinion appears to be vastly against, the Empire of the Eternal Dawn hereby dissolves the friendship treaty with the Triumvirate of Yut and ends all diplomatic contact with that entity for the foreseeable future."

Coming much later than expected, TYL has just received word from the TofY PressCorps that the Empire of the Eternal Dawn has formally dissolved its friendship treaty with the Triumvirate of Yut. Sources have been quietly hinting that this dissolution of diplomatic relations had been coming for a few weeks now. Sources say that the communiqué was delivered to a normal council session, where it was quickly read, and then kicked over to the Press Corps for comment. Speaking for the council, the Press Secretary had this to say:
"The Triumvirate of Yut regrets the path that the Empire of the Eternal Dawn has taken of late. We appreciate their efforts in friendship displayed thus far, and hope that relations can be restored some point in the future. Let it be known that diplomatic relations with the EOTED are hereby dissolved, along with the rights and benefits contained therein. The Triumvirate wishes the EOTED the best of outcomes of its current path. Good day."
