Sarin gas attack on Galdanian subway!

The Galdanian subway's motto is 'Open to All', because of it's cost to ride: nothing.
Today that motto was as true as ever, as it seems that it really was open to all: factory workers, soldiers, fishermen, and six members of the doomsday Sukayama cult.
The cultists boarded the subway, and waited until it was about to stop at the most populated subway stop on the route: Nustroyz Street.
The culists each strapped on gas masks and opened containers of sarin gas. Soldiers stationed on the subway car immediaely opened fire, killing two of the cultists and injuring one. One of the cultists shot a soldier twice with a 9mm. pistol, whiel the gas crept through the subway.
People ran out through the doors as they opened, and those about to get on ran as well, figuring that something that would make a subway full of people run in terror must be a substantial threat.
Two of the cultists escaped, while two were captured. Two members of 'Sukayama no Sora', the 'church' that plotted and carried out the attack, were gunned down by Galdanian soldiers on the subway.
In all, fourteen people are already dead from the attack, while several others are not expected to make it through the night.
Over 1000 people were sent to hospital for examination after the attack, but few of them had actually been exposed to the gas.
Galdanian officials are still investigating the attack, and wonder how the gas could've gotten into the hands of Sukayama extremists.

We condemn these senseless and frankly cowardly acts. I support fully any effort made to track down, seize and punish those responsible. Obtaining a sample of the gas and concluding its type and manufacture may aid you discover its supplier, or at last the year of its manufacure. You will then be able to map out the likely candidates for distributing this to buyers, and if this company or state factory has a detailed file on all purchasers.

Volstik commends the actions of Sukayama and all those fighting the curse of global bolshevism.
As we have a large stockpile of sarin, we have doctors who are well versed in it. If you would like, I would be more than happy to send several to your nation.

Perhaps it is Volstik who has attacked Galdania? They have attacked us before, without any warning or conviction, what would stop them from doing it again!?
Senior Navastrayan (equivilent to the White House or Kremlin) officials believe that Volstik and the Sukayama no Sora cult have conspired against Galdania, and that Volstik has supplied Sarin gas to the cult.
Sorry, except for a virus from Garrison II and some ICBM's from Xerlox I don't have any WMD. Note to Galdania: Increase your survellance budget.

Perhaps before thr Galdanians pursue any further actions against Volstik, I would commend that they further investigate these cultists and their origins. Governments who commend the actions of terrorists are not necessarily responsible for the atrocities and are thusly perhaps blameless. We hope you see our most logical point of view.

We hope that the King of Volstik realises that the cult is not attacking Galdania because we are communist, but because we do not allow the ramblings of their followers to be presented on the streets. They could just as easily strike Volstik, unless of course the King is in league with them. :evil:
