Due to a lack of enemies, the Federation of Seocc has been stricken from the ignore list. This puts Ruhr in an especially bad position with ties to both Svea Rigas and Alvarezistan. However, we are sure that our individual alliances with both nations can overcome the Ruhrian rivalry with Seocc.

In other news, Knootian prime minister Lousewies van der Laan announced that she will be spending her vacation in Rurh. A government spokesman stressed that her presence in Rurh was unofficial, but an SLP MP told KNN that she would be meeting with several Rurhian officials with the goal of improving relations.
OOC: no, not for NATO/SATO talks because I don't have authority. But this is what Rurh wants. Just one of the intricacies of politics.
