GNN - (October 13) - Martlet City - The heavens have a new member in their ranks today, with the successful launching of the Grotia 3 satellite testbed. It entered orbit some nine minutes after launching, and immediately began playing the National Anthem, Blood of the Martlet (formerly known as The Battle Hymn of the Republic. Grotian Space Agency spokesperson Starry Skies stated that she found the launch "really exciting and...well, like, loud, you know, like...and the vibrations...oooh...."
The earlier satellites in the series, Grotia 1 and 2, were static tests. If Grotia 3 proves successful, Grotia 4 will soon be launched, bringing advanced telecommunications to the land of the Martlet.
