The second of three large military projects that Nintendania is doing is Project Special (winning the least original name award). It's premise will be for infantry ammunition that will be able to penetrate shielding. It will most likely take awhile to be done.
This was done because of the vast amount of shielded ground vehicles. Should Nintendania ever be caught with it's pants down (which hopefully won't happen), these would be great to repulse various vehicles.
