Today the Führer of the Neues Reich Alliance announced that all relations with the country of Liberty Fighters are being withdrawn. All trade agreements and treaties are now void and tensions are up to a cold war height. All of the Military forces within the Neues Reichs Alliance are being called up. If war does does break out the Neus Reichs Alliance will not hesistate to use WMD.

Wage your cold war, fool. Should you think to intimidate Liberty Fighters, rest assured I will see your nation in rubble.

Why is Dormie cutting off relations with Liberty Fighters? What has led to this escalation in tension? Why has Dormie voided all treaties and pacts made between the two of you before?

I can answer, to the best of my knoledge, and honesty; He has none. He gets very paranoid when he reads on my thread of my military break throughs or developments etc.... So finally he has decided to get angry about it.

The only ones I know of who he could call allies are ones that i belive will either stay neutral because of thier relations with me, or infact side with me. He is an obvious agressor with a violent past, see for yourself

SudeReich and Dormie are one and the same, So I ask all you who have shown interest, do not side with him if it comes down to it. Your supportd would be most welcome but at the least please do not side with him.

I tremble? why would I need to, I have always been under the impression that we were allies, why would I even need to look at your military updates as anything other than benificial to both of us? As you see my fellow national leaders, he is obviously showing hostility yet has no good reason for it, can someone explain it to me? Because I for one am puzzeled.

Official Address from High Chancellor William Thomas O'Connor of the Commonwealth of Liberty Fighters

The Chancellor sat stood in front of a podium with the APTO, NATO, and CLF flags behind him. Also behind him stood the 3 other chancellors of the CLF. O'Connor was dressed in a very fine suit with a plain, dark blue tie, the other chancellors were similarly dressed
"Respected National Leaders: I come to you in response from a declaration made by Dormie. Take it any way you want, it is plain it wasnt a statement aimed to keep peace between our nations. Nevertheless the CLF does not want violence to errupt, and is glad that thier long time friends the Elarans have stepped in and taken a stance. Although we want to stress that if anyone was the agressor in this is was not us. Re-think the statements made by dormie, consider his history as i provided some examples, and as Elara said, also keep in mind his off-the-record actions that he may be responsible. Try to consider all the angles before you make a decision, and I belive it will help you make the right one.
And now to Dormie, I still do not know why a friendship such as ours hs been chosen by you to be thrown away, but I in reason hope and belive that you will not make a foolish decision, we again wish our wayward friends the best of luck in all thier future endevours."

In light of current events, Isla de Penguinata has announced its intentions to place two small fleets 50 miles off the coast of two nations: Liberty Fighters and Dormie. This action is still being debated within the Penguin Senate, and no action shall take place yet.
It has always concerned Isla de Penguinata when tensions increase between two nations. Only recently have we begun to act on our worries, and we intend to keep war off the agenda at all costs. If either nation wishes, we will place peacekeeping troops.
We have no desire to side with either nation at this point, but if either nation shows itself to be wrong and imperialistic in our view, we will side with the opposer.

Already, Isla de Penguinata has placed questions for each nation, to examine their values, morals, and government type.

1. Do you support Facism, Nazism, or Stalinism?

2. In your view, is religion in general a harm or help to society?

3. What type of government system do you have?

4. Do you consider your nation conservative, liberal, or moderate?

These questions have only a small part to do with our final decision, if we do make one. We hope that peace may be achieved in the end, and that both nations may come to like each other after this conflict is over.

Penguin, I thank you for your quick actions in strides for peace, but it is almost un needed, Elara, a long time friend of both myself and Dormie has taken the peacekeeping role. Other recent developments have lead me to belive that for specific reasons unknown to the CLF, dormie wishes a peaceful cut of communication. The last clause in his initial address was just a mistaken comment, it is part of his character to ensure his own nations saftey. I most likley would have done the same. So please withdraw your forces to help ease the tensions.

No forces were deployed, but we are grateful that this situation has been settled for the most part.
