Istar, an empire of wonder and myth, the greatest and largest empire to ever grace the continent of Ansalon, an empire that had been restored by the grace of the God Paladine and had arisen agian to perfect purity. Again the Istar Empire was under the reign of Church and State under the guidance of a Kingpriest, the current one was Velorn X, the first Elf Kingpriest in the entire history of the Empire. Istar was a place of wonder and awe, a nation of humans and elves who lived in perfect harmony, a place that for the first time in it's 4 millenia long history opened it's borders with the outside world.
