OOC: Kecha, remember when I told you about the Red Queen comming around? This is it.
IC: In a small nation that no longer existed, stood a strange looking woman, a woman with a mask for a face that changed for each emotion she experienced. The woman before her strange birth had been one of the few copies of OMNIUS to escape Kecha and came to this nation (which was once called Damacus) some fool of a child had placed the copy into a computer and unleased OMNIUS upon their small nation who cut off all communications to the outside world and had then begun to grow a new body for himself.
A body that had by some fluke been infected with a virus and when OMNIUS chose to remove himself completly from the computer systems and placed himself into the body, the virus attacked him, it quickly tore his mind apart and eventually it gained self-awareness, but then what remain of OMNIUS and the new entity merged to create a new entity, Hexadecimal, the self-sylized Queen of Chaos, and proved herself to be just that after she without any help turned a once beautiful nation into a twisted wreachage of it's former beauty, then Hexadecimal set to work to create her new nation of "Lost Angles"
A nation that seemed to take on the look of a massive "post-modern" art sculpture nationsized. A nation where the few remaining humans had been transformed into strange mutated creatures due to the strange powers of Hexadecimal. A nation that only now the rest of the world was aware off. The nation of Hexadecimal.
