In the name of the glory that is our leader Citadel,

We, the people of the DTM, announce that our first navel vessel has been completed. This craft represents the cutting-edge of wooden technology and will contain 2 of every kind of animal that is currently native to our nation.

We have mounted this endeavour in an attempt to engage with the nations of the world and we request safe-passage for our gallant crew. In addition, we request that any nation that wishes to meet our animaltorium detail where it may dock. Petting is expected, however we reserve the right to refuse heavy-petting unless we are on close diplomatic terms.

This vessel, having received no safe passage, has instead become a floating zoo and theme park. All UN members are notified that their delegates can enter with a 10% reduction, on production of a valid UN card.
