Acrena and Belem R&D Depertments are paving runways capable of supporting the Pelican Transport.
The Pelican Transport will use 4 turboprop dual counter rotating propellers for a total of 640,000 Horsepower and will fly at a maximum optimal range at 50 feet above ground for 10 thousand miles. It is able to land safely on any flat ground at least 700 feet wide and 5,000 feet long. The maximum alltitude is 20,000 feet and the max top speed is 400 MPH with the most efficient speed being 300 MPH.

Troops are able to be landed with vehicles, maintenance crews, support facilities and supply convoys.
