'When the ADK colony on Mars has reached a population of over 100 million, they will become a free indpendant state from ADK.'

'It is the year 2176, and we have reached 109 million residents within our boundries set by other nations on Mars, with millions more between borders. We will maintain good relations with ADK, yet we will go on our own path now.
'We take pride in the fct that we offer the most Political Freedoms on Mars, and have some of the Nicest Citizens, to boot. All kinds of cultures, religons, governments, and ideoligies reside within our borders. It is a nation with more than just Khristians. Opressed peoples from all over Mars, Earth, and the Solar System have come to us. And we will continue to accept immigrants and refugees.
'There is no real central government, yet a biannual council encompassing leaders of clans, city-states, empires, democracies, monarchies, despotisms, and more. Marxism, capitalism, socailism, all practiced here.
'Our millitary is small, totaling some 1 million personnel in space forces, and on ground. Hopefully war will not errupt on precious Mars, yet it is named after the god of War. In the event of war, more troops will come from those governments and autonomous entities that are willing to donate troops and material.
'We hope that our nation will continue to lead the way on Mars for the Nicest, Most Expressive, and Most Industrious Citizens on the planet.
