Private Researchers Look Into Mind Transfer Technologies.
Some new research has begun at the privatley funded and owned Bremerton University of Surreal Technologies, headed by Proffesor Alfred Steuben, who is aided by a team of fellow Proffesors and Students from the University, apparently, Proffesor Steuben is interested in finding out if it is possible to transfer someone's mind from 1 body, to a 2nd body, as well as a number of other objectives, when asked why he's doing this research, he answered "I've read about stuff like this in all of those SciFi fantasy novels when I was younger, and I wanted to see if science could make things like that possible"
OOC: Just wanted to do something for fun, probably wouldn't succeed in his original goal, but alot of neat inventions are made by accident.

OOC:
Very unlikely, your nation has to have one of the best medical services in the world to have even the slightest chance of being able to accomplish that. Pressure in certain blood veins around the brain is just too high to risk cutting. An hour (or even less) is enough to kill.

OOC: I believe I just said "probably wouldn't succeed in his original goal, but alot of neat inventions are made by accident" anyhow, I'm sticking with this.

Update: Proffesor S. is now trying to find out some base facts, for example, is it possible to transfer the mind without actually moving the physical brain? or must the brain be moved? he is also trying to figure up a list of reasons a mind transfer would be needed.
