Welcome to the MSRK, we are a small nation, full of small people, before I explain those words, I give you some facts about the MSRK:
The Most Serene Republic of Kualti is a tiny, devout nation, notable for its absence of drug laws. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 5 million are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.
The large government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Religion & Spirituality, and Healthcare. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 17%. A healthy private sector is led by the Uranium Mining industry, followed by Furniture Restoration and Automobile Manufacturing.
Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Kualti's national animal is the Avian, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Paru.
Now, what about that statement saying we're a small nation, full of small people you ask? simple enough to explain my friend, the Kualti are a race of Avians, winged Humans in simpler terms, but we're nor NORMAL Avians, no, we're small, with the tallest being around 8 inches tall, the shortest around 5 inches, and an average of around 6-7 inches, while this may seem very wierd, it doesn't bother us much as we've been this way as long as we can remember, we've spent most of our lives in hiding, but have recently decided to reveal ourselves to the world at large, we are currently seeking good diplomatic and trade relations with other countries.

Adriane was hoveriing in the Passenger Section of the Airliner after it landed, looking through a few things she had with her, mostly papers and such.
It was raining as thee Black Mercedes Limousine pulled up on the tarmac, near the Airliner, Carol was waiting nervousley inside, she was always nervous when making first contact with a new people, but with a race of midgets? she'd never done anything like that before. she had called ahead and asked if the Diplomat from Kualti wanted to meet on the plane or what.

Carol smiled again "Hello Ambassador Esheche" she said "Sould I sit down? or would you rather we go to my car and go somewhere else?"

OOC: That is exactly what it is, but in order to try and spread it in a peaceful manner Daemon has inwrapped it in the shrouds of religion and mysticism.

Carol made sure Adriane was steadied, then stepped out of the Airliner, putting up her umbrella as she whent, walking towards her car.

Kecha: Adriane simply waited while Carol walked for the car, she looked up at the Human, then back down.
Carol looked down as she noticed the Kualti Diplomat sitting in her palm look up at her, she eventually got to the car and stepped in, folding her umbrella.
As soon as the door was shut, Adriane flew up from Carol's hand and landed on her shoulder, due to their size difference, this would make being heard easier.
