Andromeda class (general purpose): $2,500,000,000,000
The Andromeda class is designed as an all-purpose vessel, and can tackle almost any non-tactical task with ease. The ship is not designed to serve as a battleship, but can easily fight off the common annoyance of pirates and the like. Although not agile, it packs firepower to cover all three dimensions of surrounding space. The Andromeda class boasts a highly advanced sensor array and a variety of systems to get any job done. Perfect for missions too dangerous for a scientific vessel, yet not worth devoting a tactical force to.

Super Andromeda class (advanced tactical capability): $3,000,000,000,000
Essentially the same as the regular Andromeda class, the Super Andromeda class sacrifices some of the more grandiose facilities of the Andromeda class (crew amenities, sensor pallets, etc.) in favor of more weapons arrays and an increased missile capacity.

Intrepid class (light vessel geared toward tactical missions): $1,000,000,000,000
The next generation's answer to the Andromeda class, the Intrepid class boasts most of the tactical and subsystem capability of it's larger cousin without the immense waste of personnel and resources. The Intrepid class is designed to carry out most of the tasks that would otherwise be assigned to an Andromeda class vessel at a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately, the size difference (and thus, the smaller number of resources) means that for more difficult or extended missions the Andromeda class is a preferable choice.

Dreadnaught class (heavy multiple purpose tactical vessel): $3,500,000,000,000
The Dreadnaught class vessel is a vessel designed primarily for ship-to-ship combat. The Dreadnaught class excells to a massive degree in ship to ship combat ability, and also houses a midsize ion/plasma cannon. Despite it's large size, the Dreadnaught is still surprisingly maneuverable. Nearly every inch of this monster has some type of weapon attached to it, and it is protected by double shields and armor. The Dreadnaught's ion/plasma cannon is not as powerful as it's big brother's; still, it is capable of blowing most ships to pieces in only one or two hits. Able to face off a small fleet with only minor support, the Dreadnaught class is a match for almost any starship or base, and can give even a capital ship a run for it's money.

Super Dreadnaught class (ultra-heavy tactical vessel): $10,000,000,000,000
An enlarged version of the Dreadnaught class, the Super Dreadnaught sacrifices maneuverability for sheer firepower and increased capacity for Slipfighters. Also boasts improved wing armor and two extra shield layers for extra protection. Capable of destroying planets and most capital ships with minimal support. The Super Dreadnaught has an unparalleled weapons load, and is the equivalent of a mobile battlestation. The Super Dreadnaught class is the monster of the Xanthalian fleet, and the undisputed master of guns and firepower.

Battlecube class (mobile battlestation): $50,000,000,000,000
The Battlecube class is exactly what it's title suggests: A cube that does battle. This massive vessel is barely moveable at sublight speeds, and cannot use slipstream travel. It moves almost entirely via transdimensional gateway. The Battlecube class is fitted with the unparalleled type Z shields for protection, and boasts thousands of phaser arrays and torpedo tubes, as well as storage for thousands of slipfighters. The size of a starbase, this vessel barely qualifies as a vessel at all.

Eureka class (light science vessel): $500,000,000,000
The Eureka class science vessel can't win a sissy fight, and it can't preform intricate maneuvers. What it can, and does, do is probe and scan. In fact, it does it well beyond the capabilities of any other Xanthalian vessel. The Eureka class is used to gather information and samples and analyze them, and this it does very, very well.

To where? Why? This isn't an RP topic. It's a backup list. If you move it somewhere else it'll be redundant.

And yes, if someone wants to lock this that would be fine.

Posting a thread, with something that is really only for yourself, in a General Forum, is not only inconsiderate, but bloody annoying.
Especially since it has a half a tonne of Bin stuck to it.
Half Job.

Heh. Well, this is my last word here. If it annoys you, I suggest you stop posting and let it fall into the second page. I accomplished my purpose here with the first post. IMO the dumbest thing to do with a thread you don't like is to post in it and keep it alive.

Request clocked, topic locked. I will not be moving this, but if another Mod sees this and decides to do so, that is up to them.

Not correct. All NationStates-related topics belong in either "NationStates" or "International Incidents". "General" is for topics not related to NationStates, the in-game United Nations, NationStates 2, or Jennifer Government. iMove  "NationStates".

Given the number of large pictures in here, a picture warning for 56K modem users should have been posted. I'm adding that now.

Also, could you explain to me what you mean when you say you're using this as a "backup list"?

Yarm, cut it out.

You know those scenes of two baseball players going after the ball and crashing into one another? Yeah.

Give us a moment to sort this out.

Okay, I've moved it, but I'm going to keep the topic locked. I'll talk to Xanthal about this by telegram.
