In order to honor the memory of the late Pantocratorian Cardinal, the nations of Excalbia, Rabid Liberals, Flamazon, Roania and Pantocratoria have begun discussions on establishing a fund in his memory to support worthy causes around the world. So far, $650 billion and 3 billion flams have been pledged. The Holy Empire of Excalbia invites the parties involved (and any other interested parties) to post their pledges and their requests for assistance here.

The fund is independent of any national government. It is intended as an international, interdenominational fund. It just happens to be named after a Pantocratorian Cardinal! :D

And besides, our government may change very soon in the upcoming election...

BTW, current pledges are now $846 billion, which we will bump up to an even $850 billion. Any more pledges? Any proposals for using the fund?

I will send 100Billion Imperal Credits, but I first must know where exactly the money will be going.

The exact expenditure of the money will be determined by an executive appointed by a board. Representation on the board will be proportionate to the amount contributed. So, basically, until we know how much money the fund has for this financial year, we can't appoint a board, and until we appoint a board, we can't appoint an executive, and we won't know what the money will be spent on until the executive is appointed.

One expects that it will be spent on general charitable works, like providing housing for the homeless, building schools, hospitals, etc.

We could pledge more, but our navy need upgrading at the moment.

We cannot make another large donation, but several of our people's charities have managed to scrape together another 100 million dollars.

$300 billions were wired to the Caridnal Duras international fund

The Imperial Government of the Holy Empire of Pantocratoria contributes another $24 billion (10 billion ducats), on top of the Church's existing donation.

(The Pantocratoria First Party attracted considerable public acclaim with this donation. Polls in Pantocratoria's newspapers suggest that this contribution has brought the PFP equal with the opposition in public esteem, going into the election.)

We will match the funds given by Vortex, another 50 billion goes to the project.

Based on confirmed contributions, we propose that Roania, Aleosia and Excalbia have 4 members on the board, Rabid Liberals and Pantocratoria 3 each, Vortex Corporation and Celeborne 2 each and Jeruselem 1. This board would elect a three-member executive board that will have the power to distribute the fund’s money to worthy causes.

His previous occupations includes Grand Inquisitor of the Knights of Jeruselem, Administrator of Jeruselem Red Cross, CEO of the Disadvantaged Children's Fund and Executor of Catholic Faith in Holy Latin Empire.

An extra $US 50 million is pledged as we have terminated some foreign aid to country who reconsidered as hostile.
