The High Council of Khadrim (pics)
The High Council of Khadrim has decided to release a notice to all other nations regaurding a few facts.
The Fiefdom of Khadrim consists of four major races. Humans, Elves, Dwarves and Dragons. Before this nation was formed each race had their own territory and was a seperate nation until finally negotiations caused the races to unite.
Each race governs their own provinces but the nation as a whole is governed by the High Council. The High Council consists of a representative from each race. The representatives are:

Khadrim is extremely magically orientated, with all races being very adept in magiks. The dragons are by far, the most magically adept, closely followed by the elves and humans, whilst the dwarves have magic but are not as heavily focused on it.
The High Council hopes to have peaceful relations with other nations and are particularly eager to form alliances with nations similar to them.
Welcome to the world.
What percentage of your populaton is dragon if I may ask.
I'm not exactly a new nation.....
My dragon population is roughly 1/4 of my total. A little bit less.
Dragons
There are four major species of dragons in Khadrim. Gold, Black, Red, Green. Gold being the most powerful and green the least. All dragons of Khadrim are naturally magically talented, their skill and power depends on their species.
Each species has their own unique abilities. Gold dragons have the ability to change into any form they wish. Black dragons can suck the life essence out of any living thing and feed on it to become stronger or perform other tasks with it. Red dragons have a supreme control of the elements. Green dragons have the ability to turn completely invisible.
On average the dragons of Khadrim live for 2500 years. The oldest dragon in Khadrim is 4245 years old.
The dragons live in large caves atop mountains and cliffs and other high places.
Elves
The elves of Khadrim are spread around several forests within the land. They are all of a similar nature and breed. There is no conflict between the elven tribes and no hostilities towards the other races of Khadrim.
The elven magiks are mainly orientated with nature and the elements, but they are known to use a number of different kinds. The elves live in harmony with the land, the land provides for them and they provide for the land.
The average elven life span is 1250 years. The oldest elf reaches the 2500 year mark.
The elves are specialist healers as well as warriors. Their skill with any kind of bow cannot be beaten in the land and they are very adept at using short blades. Their craftsmanship is extremely popular with the other races and is widely traded around the land.
Humans
The humans of Khadrim live in large, fortified cities as well as small towns. Their technology is at a medieval stage but with some differences made possible by their skill with magiks. The humans use a wide range of magiks for many different purposes.
A significant amount of the population are magically talented and upon discovery of their powers, they are immediately sent to mage school to be trained. Of course warriors are also trained for the protection of the people. The humans have a large force of warriors and magi. The human warriors of Khadrim are famous for their prowess in close combat, swordmanship and fierce tactics.
The average human lives for about 60 years unassisted. Although, many magi have prolonged lives due to their spellcraft. The oldest human in Khadrim is 1666 years old.
The humans are a peaceful race and are keen to learn from the other races of Khadrim.

Sorry but this looked like a "hello, im new" message
Dwarves
The dwarves of Khadrim live in several underground cities and occassionly in some deep valleys. In some cases, entire cities have been carved out of a mountain or pure rock. These cities are a magnificent sight to behold. The structure of their cities is made possible by their technological and magical abilities.
The dwarves are not strong magic users but they are very skilled in combining magiks with technology to make machines that are highly efficient and powerful. These machines are used in mostly mining and construction. Although the dwarves have created many advanced machines of war.
Dwarves have three main advantages in battle. Their strength, their technology and their strategy. Dwarven strategies are famous around Khadrim for their devastation and efficiency. This combined with their brute strength and amazing technology makes them a formidable force.
The average dwarf lives around 550 years. The oldest dwarf in Khadrim stands at 2000 years old.
The dwarves are generally friendly towards other races and are eager to trade. Although they sometimes become suspicious of outsiders.

Not many fantasy RPers here. I'm a medieval Crusader State which is more religious (Catholic) than magic-fantasy orientated.
Do you think there would be room for... perhaps a magical advisor in your nation?

Well, how about an advisor for detecting witchcraft. He/she could be used to detect "evil witches" who threaten us.
