The KoRT Sovjet Chairman elections

11-10-2003, 05:40
The current status of the elections for chairman of The KoRT Sovjet are as follows

Vladimir Borislav (Current KoRT Chairman, KoRT-Socialist Party) -69%
Gustav Isenberg (Nation Socialist Party) - 22%
Calov Fertivo (Secondary Canidate, Stalin-Socialist Party) - 5%
Other - 4%

The current polls favor Vladimir Borislav, however, the recent terrorist incidents has made several citizens change their votes to Isenberg and the new emerging canidate, Fertivo. Voting will proceed in 2 days time.

Vladimir promises increases to all citizens political freedoms and civil liberties, making his campaign more promising to the majority population, however he has failed to touch on the reconstruction of KoRT's poor economy. Isenberg brings great promises of new industry and new jobs for the influx of new citizens. These promises also contributed to the change of votes from Vladimir to Isenberg. Calov Fertivo wishes to restore the dictatorship that Stalin had in place in the old Sovjet Union, which only a minority Political faction supports. More news on the polls soon.

Isenburg doesn't sound like such a bad fellow.. we only wonder why he refers to himself as a National Socialist, given socialism's international character and the connotations the name creates with fascism.

Well, National Socialist doesn't really have any connection with Socialism at all, as National Socialist is the long form of Nazi.
