The Empire has been absent from world politics in recent times. However, that time has now ended and we have returned. The world has changed and we now wish to re-establish the status quo which we once understood. Therefore we would like to invite all leaders who wish to recommence ties with the Empire to a general meeting within the Empire at Camp Goldovan to discuss our relations in the next few days.

Basil Curry's cell phone went off, almost a second after Draztonian Head of State V. Van Dyck ended his little speech. He exited the room for a small while, then he returned and walked over to President McRippa. He whispered something in his ear. The President whispered back "I'll go myself. You know more about this matter than me, you were involved in the original attacks. It's better you handle this. I just hope this doesn't take all week."
*two hours later*
President Theodore Lefty McRippa pulled up at Camp Goldovan in his limousine.
(OOC: ok, so I had my president leave an important peace conference for nothing? if nothing happens by tomorrow he heads back to draztonia, ok?)

After seeing that nobody else was there, the President concluded that this was probably just a prank played by some kids. He would have to investigate who did it and have them executed when he got back home. But now, he had to get back to the peace conference in Draztonia.
He hopped back in his limo and ordered the driver to head back to Diplomacy Square in Draztopolis.
While we've never had formal ties with your government, our President would be happy to meet with you.

Filial greetings to the Empire of Drum Gods!
The Holy Empire of Pantocratoria has never had the pleasure of establishing permanent relations with the Empire of the Drum Gods, however, we'd like to rectify that situation. Although we would be unable to send any of our ministers to the Empire to meet at Camp Goldovan on account of the upcoming election occupying their time, we'd still like to extend our fraternal sentiment to the Drum Gods, in the hope that we can establish friendly relations between our two empires.
