ex-Galdanian soldiers have trained many exiled Asians, Jews, Arabs, Africans, and other minority fighters how to fight the Zefyeren government. Though they applaud the election of Zefyeren moderate Eugene Kronprinz as President of the nation, they say that that is not enough. They want to return Zefyrz to what it was before: a communist police state that executed people for murder and pickpocketing, not for being Arab or African or Slavic.

The Grunge-French Republic can movilse a first force of 700,000 AoE2 Soldiers as soon as Zefyrz ask for it to help fighting the rebels: Mercy is not an option for us.
They want to return Zefyrz to what it was before: a communist police state that executed people for murder and pickpocketing, not for being Arab or African or Slavic.
OOC: Before I say anything, let me clarify so I know what I'll be dealing with... The rebels want to change the nation back to murdering murderers and pick-pocketers (punishment), instead of race, as it is right now (genocide), am I correct?

OOC: Before I say anything, let me clarify so I know what I'll be dealing with... The rebels want to change the nation back to murdering murderers and pick-pocketers (punishment), instead of race, as it is right now (genocide), am I correct? That would be my question... If that is correct, then the CFA will most likely be joining the REBELS in stopping the genocide. If this is incorrect, we would like to help end this fighting without fighting, coming to a median agreement. We also request that the rebels (if the above was correct, not incorrect), once taken power, will not committ capitol punishment. There are many, better ways of dealing with murderers, etc, such as the following (This is how we do things):
Murder: The murder(ers) must work for a minimum of 20 years (what ever it is make for in court) for free to the family. Also, the offenders will be required to pay a minimum of $50,000,000 to each family member (including cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents), and the total sum, divided in half, to the government. They can refuse to do this, but from the moment they make their refusal official, they are outlawed, thus anyone can do anything to them, no matter if it is killing them, turning them into slaves, etc. If they decide they do not want to be outlawed anymore (after being outlawed) their penalty is doubled. For stealing minor things (use common sense people on what is minor and what isn't) the offender(s) will be required to replace the object, and pay double what it is worth to each intermediate family member of the offended, and double the sum to the government. Same basic idea for major things, except outlawry is allowed (it isn't on minor offenses), and they will be forced to work for the victoms family for the set amount of time. This will benefit everyone, and hopefully show the offender(s) to the right direction.

Zefyrz's provisional government exiled 37% of the population, and ended up killing around 500 people who protested the 'ethnic purification'.
President General Eugene Kronprinz has attempted to make deals with the rebels, but often they have ended in bloody shootouts. When rebels raided a government ration centre to steal food, they ended up being blocked in by government soldiers. The rebels released the thirteen hostages, and as soon as they did, the government blew up the facility.
