My guns aren't effective when filled with beanbags.
Being a non-offencive country I am often attacked. Fearing UN sactions for killing people in defence I used the police technequie of shooting non-leathal beanbags at the enemy. I took the assault rifles and whatnot and sold them at discount prices to aggresive neighboring countries and bought over 10,000 beanbag police guns. But, sadly in our most recent conflict we suffered many more causulties than normal. I believe it was the cause of our beanbag guns or our uneffective beanbag air-to-ground missles fired from our cropdusters witch lazyly rolled out of the gun barrels. Other methods I am considaring are water balloons and rubber bullets. Please tell me what I should do.

DGNT finds that placcing a 'hot' electric wire into the storm drains usualy stops riots.
I think that you should arm yourself and secretly invade a adjacent country who thinks you are using bean bag guns! I think you should get revenge
