plus we are sending a small team of TSD Peackeepers to keep a eye on you for 2 NS years
you are getting iron rations and temporary shelters untill you can rebuild civilian structures, we will also loan you 500 million to rebuild your CIVILIAN inferstructure, please note, this is a loan, not a grant, we will expect it to be paid back as soon as you are back on your feet.
I'l donate 50-60 conventional missiles. Hope you can catch them as they come down on your city. :wink:
At a later date I shall donate medicinal supplies and foods.

The Dreisden government has approved for the donation of 850 million in Marks (Dreisden currency) to aid in the reconstruction of New Spartha in its current dismal situation. However, the amount will only be delivered once the government is aware of what the finances will be put into during the reconstruction. The area of expenditures must be detailed to the Reichstag before the transfer can begin.
Any plans to use these funds to rebuild Spartha's military foundation will result in complete withdrawal of the said funds.We will donate 400 million now and the remaining after the confirmation of the expenditures. Should more be requested, more will be supplied.

He only had 10 million when I invaded. Those that were not evacuated by other nations were killed.
You say 10 million like it's a tiny amount. No doubt you killed many, but I would say it's near impossible to kill so many people that are actively running and hiding by conventional means.
I think it's respectable that NS is RPing reconstruction. If given a chance he could make something of himself, you know.
