Naori, a small nation in the Pacific, consists of two islands, Naowi, the larger, capital island, and the newly purchased island of Kyuktori. Today, while a group of soldiers were moving into the newly constructed town of Nagisawakawi, two soldiers were shot dead by native islanders carrying rifles. Naori knows not how they got the rifles, but they were not Naorian made. The islanders made a deal to sell the island, in exchange for metals and tools.
