I have had my two nations for a while but never noticed the forum part of the site. My nation has a large defensive military but I can't figure out how large the armed forces would actually be, I can't seem to remember the allowed maximum fraction of the population that can be in the military. The population of my country is 1.071 billion, I would be very grateful if someone could advise me.

From what I've seen, anything between 2.5% to 5% is reasonable, depending on your government type (corrupt dictatorships, etc. etc. can have more than, say, Scandinavian Liberal Paradise)

I was also wondering whether it would be within the rules to have my soldiers equiped with carbon nano fiber body armor which because it uses nanotechnology can repair damage and also help to heal wounds while the rescue team arrives. Also would it be within the rules to have diamond tipped missiles which allows them to penetrate nearly any armor and use laser defense systems to shoot down incoming missiles and could I also use nano robots to destroy any biological or chemical agent and even repair damage caused by radiation?
