Our colony on Titan has been completed, and is now stable. As such, we are constructing the Orbital Dock for the funneling of goods and personnel from orbit to our colony in a more efficient manner.
This will also be used as a way-station for expeditions into deep space.

The Orbital Dock will be approxiamtely 1.8 kilometers in width, by 1.6 kilometers. It will hold 250 Anole II long-range fighters and 50 Gecko II class corvettes. These are for defense purposes. Larger craft will be able to dock as well, but will be docked externally. Statistics will be forthcoming.
Honorable Sakkrans,
Khenala is willing to provide assistance with construction and materials if needed.

We would be glad to have your assistance. We've begun shipping refined material from our mining operations in the Great Asteroid belt, and engineering crews are headed over from Sakkra proper.

We congratulate this new nation on their accomplishments on Titan. Perhaps trade can be established between Titan Sakkra and our capital, Minoa Station.

How wonderful that Saturn-states keep coming out of the woodwork... anyway, a division of Scolopendran OrbitEngineers has been assigned to assist you, Sakkran Colonial Command. They have been seconded to your command for the time being and can act both as construction details and a liason to Scolopendra.

Thank You PseudoEmperor Hertzfeldt. We will make certain the accomodations for your OrbitEngineers is above par. The shipment of defense craft is currently on its way from the Orbital Shipyard, and should take about 1 month (NS) to get here following the escorted trade routes.

OOC: Saturnine, are you sure we're in the same continuum? The Saturn System is pretty much taken up I thought. TofY has run over it, if i'm not mistaken.

(OOC: To Sakkra, just to make sure... Earth orbit or Titan orbit? If the former, we'll accept lodging; if the latter, we'll just commute.)

OOC: I posted the creation of the Saturnine City-states and the locations of its colonies in this board about a month ago and no one said anything about it interfering with anyone's continuum then... *shrugs*

OOC: I assume that if anyone had a complaint or an interest, it would be voiced and in an appropriate manner. You don't have to be so defensive. I do try to keep watch on posts that may or may not involve FACS or the Saturnine City-states. Perhaps it is too much of me to expect that other people do the same?

(ooc: perhaps it would have been in your best interests to do some investigation first, hence saving yourself later problems. It -is- actually rather hard to keep track of all the little threads that come and go. This group has had multiple posts, multiple threads, and a longstanding, established, widely accepted setup here. I think perhaps you need to reconsider a touch, or at least, rp out some contacts etc, requests, what have you, being the 'new kid' in town. Just my $.02)

Honorable Sakkrans:
I have designated two engineering teams of the Khenalian Ministry of Space and Engineering to assist you with this project. The teams share an immense wealth of collective knowledge, singlehandedly designing and assisting in the construction of our Shipyards at Supremus, Khenala.
Please designate coordinates and I can have the team assembled and ready within the next two (NS) days.

Scolopendra...
The Orbital Dock will be positioned in Titan Orbit. Earth Orbit is quite cluttered as it is, and our Shipyard there is currently being expanded as we speak. It will be used as a staging point for extra-solar journeys. We are still planning a foray into the Great Unkown.
Khenala...
We are glad to have your assistance. Coordinates for the construction project are (X,Y,Z). Several Construction Crew habitation modules are currently being positioned in high Titan Orbit, where crews will take temporary residence, if they so desire.

You're welcome, House Leader. If it's acceptable, we'll simply commute from our existing orbital facilities. I'll inform the TYCS via Razak to get a corvette detachment to assist your defense craft.

Commuting is definitely acceptable. The transports bearing our newest long-range fighters is entering Titan space, and is performing docking and braking maneuvers at last we checked.

The project has been complete for some time. It is now that the non-vital information is being released. Your offer of aid is appreciated, however.
