Thanks Lapse...this is a forum that should allow excange of opinions inside my region "Italian Bolschevik Alleance"...we're also working to an alleance with other regions, when every aspect will be defined I'll advertise to the thread you kindly showed me.

I quote from the World Factbook Entry: Welcome to the Italian Bolschevik Alleance (I.B.A.). The first aim of this glorious region is to join under the same flag every nation coming from Italy and every other nation that shares with us the pure ideal of Socialism and Marxism-Leninism, without distinction of race, language or culture. The second aim of the region is to stipulate alleances with other friendly regions who have our same proletarian ideals, this means a huge common front against the capitalistic and nazi treats! The international Communist Front (I.C.F.) will be a political group based on the theoretical, tactical, and organizative principles of revolutionary communism (Marxism-Leninism).
I.C.F.- according to the historical tradition of the Common of Paris and the October Revolution - will have the following aims:
1° - Breakdown of the borgeous political system by invading and occupating stably the enemy capitalistic regions.
2° - Constitution of the proletarian dictatorship to finally abolish the system of social classes and solded work for COMMUNISM
3° - Election (by free votings) of the I.C.F. governement organs.
I think this statute should find a much larger agreement to become law...
Vorrei che venisse messa ai voti la seguente risoluzione, che mira contemporaneamente a rafforzare la nostra regione (sia sotto il profilo difensivo che sotto quello offensivo) e ad eliminare nazioni inattive e spie.
Questa potrebbe sembrare una presa di posizione troppo rigida, ma il raggiungimento degli obiettivi della rivoluzione proletaria non ammette, a mio avviso, posizioni intermedie.
1) Nell'arco di 7 giorni a partire dalla data che indicherà il delegato regionale, tutte le nazioni dell'IBA dovranno avanzare richiesta per diventare membre ONU.
2) Le nazioni che non ottempereranno entro la scadenza di cui all'art. 1) verranno espulse, a meno che non inviino al delegato regionale un telegramma in cui spieghino le loro ragioni, sempre che tali ragioni siano ritenute valide.
3) Una volta divenute membre ONU le nazioni dovranno dare il loro endorsement all'attuale delegato entro un tempo ragionevole, anche in tal caso la pena per le nazioni che non ottempereranno sarà la espulsione dall'IBA senza possibilità di addurre giustificazioni che non siano di carattere esclusivamente tecnico.
4) Tutte le nazioni che siano già membre ONU, debbono dare il loro endorsement all'attuale delegato, se non l'hanno già fatto. Nel caso in cui non dovessero provvedere in tempo ragionevole verranno formalmente invitate a provvedere entro 3 giorni, allo scadere dei quali la pena sarà l'espulsione irrevocabile.
5) Tutte le regioni che non compiranno attività di alcun genere per 15 gg consecutivi verranno espulse dall'IBA. Allo scadere del decimo giorno consecutivo di inattività il delegato regionale provvederà a notificare un avviso, se l'inattività si protrae per ulteriori 5 giorni vi sarà l'espulsione.
6) Tutte le regioni che abbiano ricevuto l'avviso di cui all'art. 5) per tre volte consecutive saranno considerate a tutti gli effetti inattive, e quindi espulse.
7) Contro l'espulsione è ammesso ricorso al delegato regionale che lo deciderà discrezionalmente su parere positivo del direttivo dell'I.B.A. La nazione espulsa, prima di poter rientrare nell'IBA dovrà chiedere di essere riammessa tramite telegramma al delegato regionale nel quale si allegheranno le ragioni a favore del rientro.
